Sabriel
2/10/2006 : Sabriel, ahh, my fave character from the trilogy, though she kinda takes a back seat in the second and third books. She's pictured here with Mogget (cause he's such a cheeky chappie and i love him) and she has Saraneth drawn, ready to use it against any dead who think of messing with her! Lirael
3/10/2006 : Lirael, pictured with the Clayrs' Glacier behind her and the loyal Disreputable Dog at her side. She carries Nehima & has her bow & arrow slung on her back (i had a lot of trouble with those!) Also hosted over at DA w/ credits noted.


Sameth and Ellimere
3/10/2006 : Sameth and Ellimere or 'the Heirs' as i've named them. Ellimere is due to follow in her fathers footsteps as Heir to the Throne. But instead of following in his mothers footsteps as Abhorsen, Sameth is Heir to the Wallmakers office. I've pictured them in the palace at Bellisare, with a cloud of Charter Magic surrounding them. Also at DA.


Sanar and Ryelle
4/10/2006 : Sanar & Ryelle the feakishly pretty & powerful Clayr twins who befriend Lirael as well as Touchstone & Sabriel. They are often the voice of the nine day watch and assist in the re-binding of Orranis; again, this piece is hosted over at my DA account, where you will find all credits for photos etc used.

Astarael
19/11/04 : my First Abhorsen Artpiece; Astarael, the sorrowful. She inspired me after we almost met her in 'Abhorsen'. There was something Ophelia-esque; beautiful and at the same time heartbreakingly sad about this Bright Shiner, in the end it's entirely down to her that Yrael (aka Mogget) gets a second chance & helps save the day for the Charter!


Nehima
 22/11/04 : Like Astarael before her, Nehima is a tragic character, her name means 'forget me not' but she is unfortunately long forgotton, her spirit now within the sword named for her; Liraels sword. It is a Nehima, reforged by Sameth who breaks the two halves of Orranis once more.I always imagined Nehima to have blonde hair, i have no idea why...


Kibeth
 18/12/04 : the Disreputable Dog herself! I decided to inculde Kibeth's Bright Shiner (human shaped) personality as well as the kanine shape; Tori Amos is the pretty star of this piece!
